Downloading multiple image on a Mac!

First, this is an amazing forum. There are images here that I've been searching for for ages.

But is there a way to download all the images in a single post? (Just a single post - not an entire thread). And for an Apple/Mac? The IIID.exe file won't work because I don't have a windows machine.

If you have Firefox, you could try other download add-ons like ImageHostGrabber and DownloadThemAll. They work with some hosts.
